The Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa is facing a $25,000 fine for flying high rollers from Canada on unlicensed flights, the National Post reported.

The casino said it hasn’t broke any rules and appealed the fine. At the end the fine was halved, according to the report.

The National Post report noted that the Canadian Transportation Agency accuses the Borgata behaving like an airline with no license.
