The leader of a Vietnamese gang which has been cheating casinos for over 5 years now was sentenced to 70 months in jail by the Federal Court in San Diego, California. The gang had been cheating casinos from California to Connecticut, including Monte Carlo Casino in Las Vegas, by bribing the Baccarat and Blackjack dealers and thus making them deal winning hands to the members of the gang.
The gang members were betting big amounts of money, knowing that they would get the winning hands because the dealers were using unshuffled blocks of cards. It was said that the gang managed to get more than 7 million dollars for 5 years.
