Deadline Till Today for William Hill Deal

Today is the deadline for William Hill plc, the most famous and largest bookmaker in Great Britain, to finalize its offer for rival Sportingbet plc. The worth of the offer is $785 million. The companies have agreed to the cash and stock deal back in October. William Hill has received some extensions for completing their due diligence relating to the deal. William Hill is also making a joint offer with GVC Holdings PLC. The deadline for a formal tender to be proposed was extended till today.
