Man with a Knife Stole Three-figure Sum from Bookmakers

The police confirmed that an armed robber stole from bookmakers a three-figure sum. On Sunday at 10:20 a.m. a man entered the Ladbrokes in King Street in Bathgate, West Lothian and pulled out a knife. He demanded the staff to hand over the money and then run away from the shop.

Witnesses to the robbery describe the robber this way: white, between 5ft 6ins and 5ft 7ins tall, of slim build, pale complexion, dark brown eyes and eyebrows, with dark stubble around his mouth. The robber was wearing a dark Adidas hooded top and a dark baseball cap. The police are trying to track down the man and is asking people who may recognize this person to contact the police immediately.
