Marvin Rettenmaier is European Poker Player of the Year 2012

The title European Poker Player of the Year for 2012 was given to the German poker player Marvin Rettenmaier by both BLUFF Magazine and Card Player Magazine. Among the professional poker players, who challenged the 26-year old Marvin Rettenmaier for the title “Poker Player of the Year” were Greg Merson and Dan Smith.

Throughout  2012 Marvin Rettenmaier won the first place at the €2k EPT Grand Final Monte Carlo, the first place at the $25k WPT World Championship Las Vegas, the first place at the $4k WPT Merit Cyprus Classic, the first place at the €10k EPT Prague and many others. Well, it seems that Rettenmaier really can play.
