There is no doubt that the World Series of Poker in never a dull event. No matter which day or each event, but there is always something happening there. Now the tournament is called – Heads-Up No-Limit, Pot Limit Omaha. The whole concept of the event consists in playing alternating twenty minute rounds, which are in a heads-up format.

Of course, there were such heads-up events in the past, but for the first time in the poker history, it was such a rich gumbo of different and popular poker ‘ingredients’ served in one pot.

That type of special ‘dinner’ cost $3000 to attend it (that was the entry fee) and it gathered 317 guests around the table for the grand opening of that nine course meal.

The event ended with announcing the winner – Leif Force, who was able to collect the amount of $207,708 as prize money in his main course and of course, he was awarded with a new sparkling gold bracelet of WSOP.
