Zynga shares are increasing – they are going up with 3.35 percent. Their price has climbed to $3.18. This rise with nearly 4 % is due to the acquiring of San Mateo, California-based game maker A Bit Lucky Inc.

Although the Zynga shares are rising, the staff is dropping off. Another executive is leaving. Nils Puhlmann is leaving the company after three year stint with the company. Puhlmann was the chief security officer.

In the recent months the price of Zynga shares has lost roughly 70 percent of its value.
