EU Has Forbidden Germany to Take Sports Betting Operator To the Court!
About three years ago Germany started a huge war against sports betting operators. Up to now, the national agencies and courts could not do anything, but the bookmakers have suffered from getting a risky punishment for all of this time.
It is finally, though, clear how the whole drama will continue and the good news this time are for the gambling pages. After being on the edge for such a long time, European Union`s Court has decided to take the whole case on its own. And yesterday, the court has made its judgement. Germany is no longer allowed to punish or investigate the sports betting websites that are based in the country. They have enough licenses to show and it does not take anything else to be called official and permitted to be used.
