Grand Waldo Sales Deal Finalised

Last week Get Nice Holdings officially confirmed that the sales deal of the Grand Waldo casino resort in Cotai, Macau, to Galaxy Entertainment Group has been completed.

The company is the owner of the majority stake in the Grand Waldo property.

Previously Galaxy Entertainment had revealed that it is ready to pay $419 million for the Grand Waldo.

The casino operated under Galaxy Entertainment’s gaming licence. The operations of the resort were suspended at the beginning of this month.
