John V. Giovenco from Pinnacle Entertainment is Retiring

This weekend Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (PNK) officially announced that John V. Giovenco is no longer a member of the company. Giovenco has retired from his position as a member of the Pinnacle Entertainment board of directors. His retirement is effective from January 15, 2013. John V. Giovenco has joined the Company’s board of the directors in February 2003. He is an eminent Gaming and Hospitality industry veteran and the other members of the Pinnacle Entertainment board describe him as an outstanding Director for Pinnacle Entertainment and one of the longest serving members.
