Ladbrokes in Negotiations to Buy Betdaq

Ladbrokes Plc has entered into negotiations to buy the online betting exchange Betdaq. According to a report in the Guardian newspaper, Ladbrokes is ready to pay about $48.2 million for the business.

If the acquisition happens, that will allow Ladbrokes to bolster its online operator, regarding to the policy of Betdaq to allow gamblers to formulate their odds and not to rely to those set by the bookmakers.

At the moment Ladbrokes enjoys a close commercial cooperation with Betdaq and is hoping to accomplish the planed acquisition.
