Malta Gaming Authority is About to Be Sued!

The official gambling regulator in Malta is by all means heading some big troubles. It has become clear that Malta Gaming Authority is about to be sued. The news, by the way, has come from three firms that are registered in Italy and that have handled all of the legal papers to begin a trial against MGA.

The reason for such a fuss is the fact that the three firms have strong and quite serious suspicious that Malta Gaming Industry is involved in big financial fraud that includes money laundering. Uniq Group Ltd, Betsolution4U Ltd and FenPlay are the firms and they also believe that MGA has released too many false licenses to gambling operators, which do not cover all of the conditions and terms to be listed on the market. Evidence for shenanigans is also a concern that will probably start the trial against MGA.
