Nevada Believes DFS is Gambling

The DFS case continues. During the last few weeks the discussion over daily fantasy sports has increased – mainly in USA.

Today the biggest epicenter of this talk, though, is in Nevada, where experts in the field are considering that actually DFS is fully a form of gambling. If the decision is going to be made finally here in this direction, the daily fantasy sports might change the experience for many American players and punters. The Nevada Gaming Control Board is about to issue a cease and desist order to all the DFS websites that are serving all the Nevada-based customers. The experts claimed that all Nevada DFS pages must be under the local law about gambling. But this is not even all. Pages with Nevada-based DFS activity will have to get a specially tailored license at first and then to continue their main services.
