PokerStars is Buying The Atlantic Club Casino?

The Wall Street Journal reported that the largest online poker brand in the whole world – PokerStars, is discussing to buy The Atlantic Club Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The PokerStars brand is in talk with the investment firm Colony Capital, LLC, which owns The Atlantic Club Casino. The deal isn’t official, but there are talks that the negotiation is about a purchase price less than $50 million. The deal is weeks away from been closed and it is possible that the deal could fall through.
