Regulators in Michigan Claim That Fantasy Sports Are Illegal
We all know how annoying regulations in USA can be. And when it comes to separate states, this annoying sense might become even more irritating. A recent statement from the regulation bodies in Michigan state it has been claimed that all fantasy sports are actually illegal. It was Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) team, which has been clear that all gambled money for such sports betting activity cannot be covered by the Michigan law. And if in some American states fantasy bets are yet permitted, it is because of the 10-year ago decision made by Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) that announced the right for each state to make up on its own whether to legalize this betting sphere.
