Tabcorp is Heading Lawsuit For Money Laundering

Things and life seem not to be so sunny and successful for the Australian betting website Tabcorp. The bookmaker is about to face its worst nightmare – a lawsuit. The case is common to the niche – money laundering doubts that the Australian authorities have been suspecting and investigating for months.

Finally, the police have discovered enough evidence to put Tobcorp in front of the judge as to the money laundering accusations. Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre – AUSTRAC – though, was the one that took the initiative as to the whole investigation and in the beginning of this week the agency has finally made it to dill a civil suit in the national Federal Court that is located in Sydney and that takes most of money laundering cases in this region. There are no special statements or announcements from the chief management team in Tabcorp as to the accusations and the future lawsuit. We remind you that the first signs for money laundering that were linked to the betting online operator appeared back in 2010 year. The police, then, have put the beginning of the whole case, but only now the real facts are enough to put Tabcorp in court.
