The discussions between Unibet and the Spanish tax authorities are finally finalized. It was decided that Unibet will have to make a single payment of EUR 3.2 million to cover all betting duties, penalties and interest during the period from January 2009 to May 2011. The payment is a non-recurring item with a relation to historic activities, because Unibet did not apply for a B2C gaming licence. Unibet does not currently target the Spanish market.
