Wynn Has still not Leased Everett Land

The Boston Globe released a report that explained that opposite to earlier announcements the Mayor of Everett, Massachusetts, acknowledged Steve Wynn is still in discussions to lease land on the Mystic River. According to this report the Mayor had in advance described that the lease is already signed. The Boston Globe did explain in its report the discussions are now more writen up as ongoing and progressive and less as settled.
