Steve Swank has agreed to hand over the position of CEO and assume the role of Chairman of the Board. Caribbean Casino & Gaming is negotiating with Dr. Frank Leiber to occupy the CEO position of the Company.
The Company has applied for a name change. The new name will properly reflect the new direction of the Company.
