The Department Of Justice Exacts More Than $133 Million From Four Full Tilt Poker Executives

The Department of Justice is seeking more than $133 million from four of the executives of Full Tilt Poker. Against Howard Lederer, Christopher Ferguson, Raymond Bitar and Rafael Furst is filed an amended civil complaint. The government of the United States claim in its amended complaint, which was filed on this Monday, that to the 23 owners of the most notorious online poker room were distributed nearly $444 million and precisely:

- $42.5 million to Howard Lederer

- $42 million to Christopher Ferguson

- $40.8 million to Raymond Bitar

- $11.7 million to Rafael Furst

As reason for seizing assets the US DOJ cites a contravention of the Travel Act.
